Tom’s finest black pudding tossed on the pan with bacon, sauté potato and a poached egg, tossed leaves and balsamic glaze.

Chilli Beef and melting cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa and guacamole

Our steaks are of Irish origin, 28 days aged and fully traceable from farm to fork.
