Here at StockHouse we only use the best quality cuts for our menu. Our steaks are 100% Irish, are dry-aged for 28 days ensuring we have the finest steaks in the County. All our beef is supplied by our local butchers Coogan’s and are fully traceable from farm to fork.

A long established family business in operation since 1971 their beef comes from their own abattoir located just three miles from Trim town, therefore ensuring we get the highest quality and consistency in our product which is crucial to our business.

All our steaks are served with garlic bread, choice of potato, stockhouse salad with choices of Italian, French or American dressing Or saute onion & mushrooms
